Submission of Application and Related Documents
The submission of drawings, plans, technical specifications, and all other minute information about the project to be submitted to us. Then after the evaluation by expert teams to oversee the needs and law of RTA we shall overtake it for approval and we stand along with our client till it gets approved and signed doing all the essential needs.
Technical Review And Approval
Once the initial review is done, there comes the technical review of the project to make sure that it satisfies the RTA regulations and guidelines. This is quite difficult yet made simple because before submitting it to RTA we give to other authorities for review and approval
Issue of NOC (No Objection Certificate)
When the documents meet all the necessary requirements and regulations, RTA will issue a No Objection Certificate. This signifies that the project has been approved by the RTA and can proceed to the next stage.
Construction And Completion
When the NOC is done, the project can begin with the construction process. This is the very important step that we should make sure that the construction work goes on with appoved plan and regulations. Once the construction is done RTA will conduct a final inspection and see over if all the necessary requirements are met or not.
